Track Your Order
Every Levoke order gets a unique reference of the form LVK-XXXXXX. You can track it three ways:
1. The tracking link in your SMS / email
Once your order ships (typically within 24 hours of placement), we send a tracking link by SMS to the mobile number on the order and by email if you've shared one. Click the link to see the live status on the courier's site.
2. WhatsApp us your order reference
WhatsApp your LVK-XXXXXX reference to +91 88474 43431 and we'll respond with the current courier status within a few hours during store hours (9 AM – 9 PM, every day).
3. From your account
If you placed the order while signed in, head to your account for the order list and live status of every piece.
Delivery is delayed · what now?
Most orders arrive within the 3–5 business day window. If yours hasn't moved for 48 hours, email akgroups431@gmail.com with your order reference · we'll chase the courier and confirm a new ETA, or arrange a fresh shipment if the parcel is lost.
