Exchange policy

• A defect. Tearing, broken stitching, a fabric flaw, a faulty button or a print that came out wrong · anything you spot when the parcel is opened.
• A size change. The right piece arrived but the size is wrong. We swap it for another size of the same product, subject to what is on the rail.

Both have to reach us within 7 days of delivery. After that the piece has been lived in, and we cannot put it back on the rail.

• Anything requested more than 7 days after delivery.
• Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or perfumed.
• Pieces returned without their original tags.
• Innerwear, perfumes and final-sale clearance pieces.

We do not refund. Money does not go back to the card or the UPI account · the exchange is for another piece. That is worth knowing before you order, which is why it is also in the terms of service.

• Within 7 days of delivery, WhatsApp +91 88474 43431 or email akgroups431@gmail.com with your order reference, what is wrong, and a clear photo · of the defect, or of the size tag if it is a size change.
• We confirm within 1 business day and either arrange a pickup or ask you to drop the piece at the Gidderbaha counter.
• Once it is back with us and checked, the replacement goes out within 1 to 2 business days with a fresh tracking link.

It has to come back unworn, unwashed, free of odour and stains, with the original tags and packaging intact. Anything that arrives otherwise goes back to you unexchanged, and we will tell you why before we send it.

Fold it back the way it arrived if you can. A piece that travels flat survives the round trip better than one stuffed into a bag.

Walking in is faster than posting. Bring the piece, its tags and your order reference to Gandhi Chowk, near Soni Sweets, Gidderbaha · open 9 AM to 9 PM, every day · within 7 days of delivery, and we will swap it on the spot if the size is on the rail.
